The passage of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) was supposed to mark the end of abusive debt collectors. Unfortunately, a seedy underbelly of harassment, robocalls, fakes, and spam messages still persists among debt collection agencies.
Sue the Collector is dedicated to stamping out these bad practices and creating a better world for us all. We help to hold debt collectors accountable through litigation. However, an equally important part of the equation is educating people about the dangers of this illicit debt collection underworld.
