Description:

The Sallie Mae Fund and Thurgood Marshall College
Fund (TMCF) are proud to offer financial assistance to
forty (40) current high school seniors who plan to
enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited
two- or four-year college, university, or continuous
education program.

Eligibility:

Enrolled as a high school senior for 2023-2024
academic year


Plan to be enrolled full-time at an accredited post-secondary institution or continuous education program during the 2024-2025 academic year


Current cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or
higher


Pell-Grant eligible


A U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident with a
valid permanent resident card or passport stamped
I-551


Diverse candidate, which shall include, but not
limited to:

  • Gender
  • Disability

  • Ethnicity
  • Belonging to an underserved community


Demonstrate leadership abilities and good moral
character in all aspects of your life, including
personal, professional, educational, in your
community, and online presence
