2021 DP LAW ENCOURAGING DIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP

At The Law Offices of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya, we want to encourage diversity in the legal industry. That is why we have created the DP Law Encouraging Diversity Scholarship! This $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a minority law or pre-law student. We are passionate about promoting minority participation in the legal field. If you identify as a minority based on your ethnicity, race, gender, sexuality, or economic status and are interested in pursuing a career in law, you are eligible for our scholarship! Please share why you want to become a lawyer, what type of law you are pursuing, and what motivates you. We are looking forward to hearing from you!

The Law Offices of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya

Eligibility:

To be eligible for the scholarship a student must:

  • The scholarship is open to any current high school senior, college student or graduate student who is residing in one of the 50 states or in Washington DC and who is enrolled in a two to five year post-secondary institution for the Spring 2022 semester.
  • Employees of The Law Offices of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse), and persons living in the same households of such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the competition.
  • Candidates for this scholarship should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher and be in good overall academic standing.

How To Apply:

To be eligible for this scholarship, candidates must email their full application (including the essay, resumé, and transcript) to Dover@dplaw.com by October 31, 2021. Any applications sent after this date will not be considered.

Scholarship applications should be sent with the subject line “The Law Offices of Doroshow, Pasquale, Krawitz & Bhaya – 2021 Encouraging Diversity Scholarship Application.”
